We say things like, “Where is God?” or “Why did He leave me in this situation?” But the truth that hit me hard is this: God didn’t leave—we did.God has always been present. He has always been speaking, guiding, and covering us, even when we didn’t recognize it. The real issue is that we drift. We get distracted. We get hurt. We start trusting our feelings more than His truth. And before we know it, we’ve slowly walked away from the very One who never moved.
