Family, I hope you’re having a beautiful day in the Lord. Truly. Because I know some of you watch this in the morning, some at night, some in the middle of the day — but regardless of when you’re reading this, I pray God is holding you tight and keeping your mind steady. ❤️And today, I want to talk about something REAL. Something that so many of us deal with, especially during the holiday season. And if you take nothing else from this post, please take this:Stop trying to sit in rooms where God never told you to go. Stop forcing yourself into places where your spirit already told you you’re not welcome.A lot of y’all are pushing yourselves to attend gatherings, dinners, family events, and parties with people who barely tolerate you, let alone appreciate you. People who only invite you because it “looks right” or because someone else wanted you there — not because they wanted you there. And baby, that is not love. That is convenience.You do NOT have to do that to yourself anymore.We don’t beg for bread. We don’t beg for water. And we surely don’t beg for love from people who don’t even like themselves half the time. God already told you who you are — loved, chosen, worth more than rubies. So why are we still trying to prove ourselves to people who will never see us the way God sees us?Some of y’all walk into these family gatherings already feeling the heaviness. You walk in stiff. Uncomfortable. Quiet. Watching every little thing you say because you know someone at that table can’t stand you. And the whole time you’re there, your spirit is saying, Get up. Leave. You know you don’t belong here.Listen — sometimes the most powerful thing you can say is no.Not because you’re being rude. Not because you think you’re better. But because your peace matters more than sitting in a room full of people who roll their eyes when you walk out, talk about you behind your back, and pretend to pray over you when they’re really praying AGAINST you.Some of y’all know exactly what I’m talking about — those family members, those cousins, aunts, uncles, even parents… who smile in your face but got jealousy boiling in their heart. You can FEEL it. You can sense it. And you keep ignoring it because “it’s family.”But God never said to sit at a table where you are spiritually unsafe.
God said love your neighbor, yes — but He didn’t say live with them, eat with them, or entertain their foolishness.And hear me: just because one person at the gathering doesn’t like you doesn’t mean you have to isolate yourself from EVERYONE. Don’t let Jezebel whisper in your ear telling you lies. Don’t let that spirit make you suspicious of everyone. If there are people who truly love you, spend time with THEM. Celebrate with THEM.But don’t sacrifice your peace trying to “prove” anything.God will sometimes use rejection to protect you.
Sometimes being left out is actually God keeping you safe.
Sometimes that uneasy feeling is the Holy Spirit saying, “Not this table. Not this house. Not these people.”And you better listen.

He doesn’t want you crying at night because someone didn’t choose you.He wants you to have perfect peace—and that peace comes when you shift your focus back to Him.People can love you, but they can’t complete you.
People can care for you, but they can’t fill every empty place.
People can support you, but they can’t heal the wounds you’ve been carrying.Only God can do that.And when you know God loves you, you stop looking for other people to fill the spaces only He can fill.Before you hope for a relationship…
Before you wish for companionship…
Before you pray for someone to hold you…Know this: You are already held.
You are already seen.
You are already loved — deeply, fully, and forever — by God.Let His love be the foundation.
Let His peace be the covering.

Today I want to share a heartfelt message inspired by Genesis 28. When Jacob called on God in his moment of fear and uncertainty, it reminded me that every believer today has the same right and the same access to God’s protection and power. This post explains why knowing the Word of God is essential and how it strengthens us to face the enemy with confidence.Today, I want to share something very important. God touched my heart, and He allowed me to spend time reading Genesis chapter 28. In particular, verse 20 stood out to me in a powerful way. This verse describes how Jacob made a vow to God, asking for His protection while Jacob was dealing with everything surrounding his situation in Haran. Jacob knew where to go when he needed help. He knew who held the power to cover him, to guide him, and to keep him safe.As I reflected on this passage, it reminded me of how we should carry ourselves in our everyday lives. We need to recognize that as believers, we must go to God to fight our battles. We need to know who to turn to when life becomes overwhelming. Every person in the Bible, when faced with trouble or danger, went directly to God because they believed—without hesitation—that God could deliver them. And He did, time and time again.

I’m in it because my heart is with Him. And if I’ve got to be attacked for standing on His Word, then so be it, because God knows my heart and that’s what matters most.

When I read Philippians chapter 1, it really hit me deep. Apostle Paul said that some people preach Christ out of envy and rivalry, but others do it out of goodwill. He said the ones who preach in love understand that he was put there for the defense of the gospel. But the others? They were preaching out of selfish ambition not sincerely — just trying to stir up trouble for him while he was in chains.

I just had to share something that’s been heavy on my heart lately. God’s been reminding me — and I believe He wants to remind you too — that we’ve got to thank Him for our heavenly home. Too often, we get caught up in the things we have down here on earth — the money, the cars, the clothes, the attention, the titles — all that stuff that looks good on the outside.

 But truth is, none of it lasts forever. These things will perish. What’s everlasting is the love of God and the promise of our home in Heaven. 💕 That’s where true peace lives. God teaches us that it’s far better to love than to chase after what we see. And when you really think about it, loving others and walking in His light brings more joy than any material thing could ever give.

Let’s be real — this world is full of people walking around angry, jealous, or bitter toward someone who did them wrong. But the Bible is clear: you can’t say you love God and hate your brother (1 John 4:20). That’s not just a contradiction; it’s a spiritual lie. You can’t walk in light and carry hate at the same time — those two things don’t mix. When Jesus said, “On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets” (Matthew 22:40), He meant everything God ever said depends on love — love for Him and love for others. So when you break that commandment, you break all of them.

You could pray, fast, quote Scripture, and post your favorite Bible verse online, but if you’re mistreating people, God ain’t impressed.  The sad part is, some people think being “holy” means judging or cutting others down. But holiness without kindness is just hypocrisy in fancy clothes. Real holiness looks like forgiveness. Real holiness looks like mercy. Real holiness means you don’t talk about your neighbor behind their back, you pray for them. You don’t get jealous when they’re blessed — you celebrate with them.

There’s something powerful that happens when you know deep down that God gave you a job to do. You can feel it in your spirit. You know it’s coming soon, and you’re preparing for it — not just mentally but spiritually. But then, out of nowhere, Jezebel shows up. And when I say “Jezebel,” I’m not talking about some woman in the Bible only — I’m talking about that spirit that tries to manipulate, control, and make you feel unworthy.

It creeps in when you’re right at the edge of your breakthrough. That’s exactly what happened to me. God told me to go do a job, and I knew it was coming up soon. I felt ready, I felt chosen. But here comes Jezebel — whispering, “You’re not qualified,” “You’re not good enough,” “You’re gonna mess it up.” And for a moment, I almost listened. I almost believed that lie. But I stopped myself and said, No! God already said I was going to do this, so I will. See, the thing about walking with God is you can’t waver.

You have to trust that His word is final. You can’t be double-minded, one day believing and the next day doubting. Because if you doubt what God said, you’re opening a door for the enemy to come in and play with your mind. When God gives you a mission, you have to walk with confidence knowing it’s already done in the spirit — you’re just living it out in the physical.
