God Has Spoken - Hebrews 1:1-2

God has spoken throughout history for the purpose of making Himself known to us. In the past, God spoke long ago and many times and in many ways through the prophets, progressively revealing Himself and intentionally unfolding the redemptive plan (v. 1). In the present, God has spoken to us by His Son through the person and work of Jesus Christ, who is the fullness of God’s revelation and the fulfillment of redemption (v. 2). God has spoken deliberately to progressively unfold the redemptive plan and perfectly reveal Himself to us through His Son so that we might truly know Him.
