The Illusion is not what it appears to be. So if to exist would be based on a Wounded Mentality.

To Project from the thought that one is powerless, causes one to find submission through manipulation. Withholding and proving unstable with being criticized. An Over emotional co-dependency which takes on a victim or perpetrator approach to boundaries.

Becoming wounded warrior, where all they touch is left stained with there blood from those open scars. Until the wounded feminine and masculine are not only addressed to be heal. Also brought into union within, most will die being a martyr for the

Cause and Effect, Effect and Cause, one of the biggest

things when it comes to ascending is the infrastructure of our old self. Our human nature clings to the thought of keeping everything based on the level of suffering we can endure.

This is where not dealing with the trauma manifest in the negatives in our lives. Everything has a primary cause. Creating patterns that feed the Trauma, the fear of not being alone. To Break the Walls Down we must

"Detox or Diet"

The Mind is all and the Universe is Mental. Getting deeper into this breaking the 12×12 pattern one thing that comes to mind is the Process behind Detox or Diet.

Diet is basically changing the pattern of what we digest to maintaining that very pattern. Adjusting the variables in the 12×12 mindset to trick ourselves that we are doing something to feel good but not any better.

That would force us to break old mentalities and patterns. Having to face the external state as the reflections they actually are. This is often forces us to give into the sense of sacrificing which is actually self-loathing. Making everything a career based motive.

From how we approach relationships, friendships, to the consistency. Diet symbolizes the "just enough to stay above that line.

To move above the line requires Detoxing, Removing the external covers one uses to maintain the control through those old mentalities and behavioral patterns to deal with the traumas. Detox is to become empty to heal. That 12×12 mentality brings the line between Detoxing and Dieting.

This week on the G.O.D. Hour Podcast we will be getting into breaking down and understanding that pattern and how to cut the cords to heal in the shadows.
