﻿When it comes to reaching our goals, our greatest challenge in life is often consistency. There are millions of reasons that come at us on a daily basis telling us why we should quit. These reasons always come to endorse our present fears and disappointments. If you are not moving, you're stagnant. 

It is said that it takes thirty days to break a habit and thirty days to form one. Together, we will take a journey to form better habits, to be consistent and to keep going!
