What do you run to when the pressures of life bear down on you? When you feel stressed, or bored, or discouraged, do you escape into social media, or food, or sleep? Do you run to entertainment, or distraction so that you don't have to think about your situation? God wants us to run to Him first. In this sermon we learn how we can run to God as our refuge from every pressure we experience in life.
