Trust doesn’t always come easily — especially when life feels uncertain, when prayers seem unanswered, and when we feel small against the mystery of the universe.
And yet, here is the heart of the gospel we have learned together: The God we trust has made Himself known in Jesus Christ.
In Christ, we see a God who does not play hide and seek with our hearts, a God who is not capricious or manipulative — but a God who comes close, a God who suffers with us, a God who shares our humanity so that we might share His life.
