The phrase “God is watching” is often viewed as a stern warning, instilling a sense of dread. However, it can also be seen as a reminder that God is ready to help us when we need it. A recent incident at Ananda’s café in Mumbai illustrates this point. The café faced potential closure due to a missed health certificate renewal. Unexpectedly, a friendly health inspector arrived, listened to the manager's explanation, and then after recalling a meeting with Jyotish and Devi and relating to their kindness, simply asked to receive the certificate when it was available. This event serves as a reminder that God is watching and is ready to help us when we need a little extra boost. Paramhansa Yogananda stated, “No man lives who has not seen certain of his prayers granted.” God guides our lives when we open our hearts to Him and helps us when we have done our part. Personally, I am grateful that He is keeping a close watch on me.
