In any given year, about 1 in 4 adults suffer from a diagnosable mental health disorder. In today's world, teens mental health is maybe at an all-time low. It can be so hard to find God in all of our struggles with mental health, so we wanted to spend a series talking about mental health, and how God meets us in the midst of our battles. Week 1 is about depression, and Zach talks about what depression is, where it's found in scripture, and where God is in the midst of depression.
