A podcast all about transformation and empowerment. ALL things healing. Many people, like myself have felt lost, disconnected, or experienced some level of trauma in their life. We are all trying to recover and heal somewhere along my way. I'm using this podcast as a platform to bring us back to our physical bodies and find healing from the inside out. Healing is a constant on the path of growth and spirituality- as we heal we connect deeper to our authentic expression of truth and power. Breathwork, bodywork, recovery, yoga, meditation, movement, expression - lets talk healing.
