Join me in a 5 minute guided mediation on the St. Francis Prayer. In this meditation we recite the St. Francis Prayer 3x with intention, focus, and embodiment. A great way to start the day with prayer.

God will place visions so big on your heart, you will look delusional to the world. Is your faith in his vision bigger than the fear of how people might perceive you?

Here is a 7 minute, 4x4 guided breathwork practice. This practice consists of 3 sets/10 reps of breathing in for the count of four and breathing out for the count of four. This breathwork technique is a great practice for regulating the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system.
