Pressures and expectations can sometimes lead us to pretend to be the person we are not. Trying to be someone else can cause a lot of confusion and disturbance, and can lead us to sin. But GOD can break that chain and set us free, if we seek HIM and allow HIM to take over our lives.

Clearly, Satan wants to deceived us by telling more lies that will pull us apart from GOD's love and truth. But let us engage ourselves in reading and studying GOD's words, that we may not be fooled by the enemy.

May we seek GOD's wisdom in choosing the right leaders for our country.

We discuss the importance of family to all of us, and even to our society. And how it greatly affects our total being as an individual, and how we connect to others as well. Our family is where we get our support and love, making us confident in facing whatever challenges life may bring. GOD blesses us with our own family that we may be a part of making this world a better place.

We are made to believe that what we have or what we own can give us satisfaction and peace of mind. This is what the enemy wants us to focus on, material possessions. But thank GOD, HIS Words are clear. That only JESUS can satisfy. Godly-contentment is based on our belief that we are made whole because of JESUS.

Doubts can damage our faith. As christians, we are not exempted to experience the challenges and difficulties in life. And GOD allows us to go through such situations not to break us but to mold us into having a good character. Equip enough to handle and face all the battles in life. GOD tells us that we are not alone in this battle, and HE assures us that HE is in full control. Therefore, we should not worry but trust the LORD more.

Wanting to change for the better is not easy as it sounds. It is difficult and can be a lot frustrating especially if we rely on our own abilities. And do you know that it comes with a price tag, and JESUS paid for it a long time ago. Now finally, we break free from the bondage of sin. The changes and transformation in us is not by of our own doings but it is only by the grace of GOD.

We will get to know more about things that we should carefully consider before getting into marriage. And this might help us to to really pray harder for GOD's guidance before making that big decision in our lives. As we would want to be happy all our lives, we should make it a point to seek GOD's approval in making a choice for our life's partner.

Learning how to cope and manage physical and mental stress is a way of dealing with the problem and facing it head on. Seeking for professional help is okay and is a good sign of you wanting to resolve the issues. And seeking GOD's help is one great way to overcome and survive it.
