In the final episode of the metamorphosis series, I share with you the one and most essential practice for navigating the stage that is “yielding to spirit” or you may call it surrender. As well as the one critical mindset key for navigating the final stage. That is the unattached climb on choosing a new soul identity. In this episode, I also share with you. That applications are currently open for private mentorship with me, here is the link to the application: https://api.leadconnectorhq.com/widget/form/iif1mphjO062scgvCN81
In this third episode of metamorphosis we talk about the depression or retreat, anxiety, or panic attacks that can come as one is going through an ego death as part of a spiritual evolutionary metamorphosis. One of the greatest allies in walking through these dark times as a relationship with the dark goddess, which is what is shared in this session. The book resource shared in the session is. “Dancing in the Flames: The Dark Goddess in the Transformation of Consciousness.” By Marion Woodman and Elinor Dixon. In episode two of metamorphosis we dive further into the seven stages beginning with the catalyzing event and the release of identity and ego death which can for many be the most difficult stages of the metamorphosis. Ultimately, there is a maturation of the personality and the expression of the ego that are seeking to come through for us, humans who go through metamorphosis. Here I share with you insights that will hopefully provide Grace in the journey of the ego, death and release of outdated identities.

Metamorphosis is a process of the form changing completely from what has been to something entirely new. All you have to do is to look at our world to see this is what we are collectively going through and perhaps you are also going through this in your own life, as I know myself and many members of our community are. in the first session here I will share with you. The seven stages of metamorphosis for us humans that I have so far discovered I invite you to come along this journey with me.
On this weeks episode, Anahita walks you through a meditation practice.
