In Goddess Church’s first ceremony circle, the group explores new moon themes of abundance as interdependence and reciprocity in nature, reflecting on when abundance comes effortlessly and when it requires effort. After an “empty presence” meditation and the community song “Always Enough,” participants share intentions focused on reclaiming power, prioritizing needs, and gratitude for the body, alongside a noted synchronicity between community members’ messages. A ritual card pull reveals “Protection” (The Thorn), prompting discussion of boundaries, clear communication, patience, and softening into faith while acknowledging suffering and the “great mystery.” A guided visualization grounds participants in Earth energy, invites connection with a goddess/holy mother figure, and encourages vulnerability to receive unconditional love and a personal reminder. The circle closes with drumming and “Every Step a Prayer,” followed by invitations to donate, attend Saturday services, and help grow the community.
