Ever heard a term "new age spirituality", dears?

Typically, the New Age adopts a belief in a holistic form of divinity that instills balance and equality across the Universe and human beings themselves.

Yet, many people have different abbreviations for it. We chitchat with previous MQC Queen Yoko Lowendach about New Age spirituality and both its benefits and challenges.

We are all energetical beings navigating on our fluctuating energies that in turn bring us various results. This is why mastering your own energy is the essence of it all!

In this episode, Izzy Constant shares what exactly self mastery is, what tools and practices we can do to achieve it and what beauty it can bring into our lives.

Izzy is a well-respected conduit of change and the creator of the Pathway to Self Healing Program. As an Energy and Embodiment Guide, she teaches others how to gain the Self-knowledge that leads to liberation. She's been guiding people through taking the internal steps to create the external changes they desire for nearly a decade and over the years she honed in on what she did that helped each of them find their own healing path.

Those who work with her say that it's a life changing experience that makes them feel more in control of their lives. She remains forever grateful for the opportunity and ability to help others heal themselves and awaken the fire that already lives inside their soul.
