#37 • The word Somatic is another buzzword out there in the world today, but what does it really mean? What is somatic movement and how is it different from regular movement? Today I'm speaking with Dr. Sara Endler, a chiropractor who really understands how to unwind.

Sara is a multi faceted creator who continuously explores the connectivity of body, mind, earth and soul. She is a second generation Chiropractor, and her Chiropractic studies intermingle with trainings and courses from Somatics, Dance, Functional Neurology and Yoga.

Whether it's in the treatment room, in a group setting or in a consultation, she wishes to empower through embodiment, as a way to support the journey to find ease in the body.

A common thread running through most of her projects and creations is the nervous system.

The visionary in her believes that an increased awareness of our nervous system and how it operates, can create freedom, ease and compassion in not only our individual lives - but on a bigger level, in the collective nervous system.

Julia Alvarez is a perinatal yoga teacher and ayurvedic doula who supports women in pregnancy and postpartum. Trained in well women's yoga therapy, prenatal yoga,  full spectrum doula care and ayurvedic postpartum care, she is currently studying to become an ayurvedic wellness coach to work with all mothers and mothers to be. Her work is rooted in serving the Goddess and helping women connect to their intuitive, ancient wisdom.

#33 • In this episode I'm unmasking myself and coming clean.

When I was a child, I was diagnosed with ADHD. But my mom didn't believe in ADHD. I adopted her beliefs and also decided it was not real. It was swept under the rug and the mask went on.

Accepting this about myself at the age of (almost) 35 and removing the mask of who I am not has been so healing. In this episode I go over the 4 layers of emotions, how to decode their language, and get to the source code of a feeling so that you can feel it, heal it, and be free to fully express yourself.

What masks are you wearing that it's time to let go of? If you know you have a mask on, it's time to unmask and discover the source code of who you really are.
