On this week's episode we have a lot to discuss as we recap our weekend at the She is Made for More Goddess Retreat!! Its our first time being together for one whole weekend, we talk about the ride to the house, our experiences and connections made with other women at the retreat. The emotions that we went through, the breakthroughs that were made, Crissy goes over her experience as being a facilitator and the impact it made not only within herself but the other women at the retreat. Liz discusses her experience & how she managed it all while bringing her 4 month daughter along. But most of all we express the gratitude we felt by just being in a community and room full of women who are ready to break through the barriers that life has thrown at us and how we chose to overcome and heal.
