This week we’ve been looking at how teaching the Bible chronologically makes it come alive. It connects the dots and helps us understand the flow of biblical history.

But we also need to connect the Bible with the world around us. As we teach God’s Word, show how it connects with archaeology, geology, biology, and anthropology. People need to see that the Bible is not some story book full of just moral truths. It’s a book of history! It connects with real people, places, and events in history.

And this unleashes a powerful truth. If we can trust what the Bible says about history, we can trust what it says about the gospel!

Investments are typically measured by the return they generate. Dr. Tony Evans explains why the greatest investment we can make is offering ourselves fully to God and how that decision changes everything else.

Today's Bible Verse: "But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life." — Jude 20:21

Reflection:
Jude 20-21 gives us a clear picture of how to grow and remain strong in our faith. In a world filled with distractions and uncertainty, God calls us to intentionally build our relationship with Him through four key practices: growing in faith, praying through the Holy Spirit, remaining grounded in God’s love, and patiently trusting in Christ’s promises.
