1) This ordinance is not for indulgence. (v.17-22)

2) This ordinance is for remembering. (v.23-26)

3) This ordinance is for examining. (v.27-34)

Practically speaking, let me ask you three questions:

1) Where are you indulging where you should not be?

2) Are you appropriately responding to the Gospel message?

3) Take a moment to examine your life. Is there anything between your soul and the Savior?
