Everyone knows that the Jewish people are God’s chosen people. But most people, including many Jews, have no idea what Israel was chosen for! God chose Israel to be a light to the nations and to prove that the God of Israel is the only God. So, God gave the Jewish people covenants, promises, the Torah, the Temple, and through Israel the Messiah who came to die for the sins of the whole world. Is God done with Jewish people? No! He is still fulfilling His promises to the Jewish people and through the Jewish people bringing blessing to all the nations!
