God’s Eternal Kingdom
Series: Upside Down World
Date preached: 29th October 2023
In his first public speech Jesus said, I’ve come to bring a new Kingdom to earth … but it wasn’t a kingdom like anyone expected. Today we look at Jesus’ teaching about “worry” and ask why Jesus would say “there’s no reason to worry in the Kingdom of God”.
Questions to reflect on and discuss from this message:
1. On a scale from 1-10, how would you rate yourself as a worrier?
2. How does Jesus teaching about worry make you think about worry in your life? Be personal - think about YOUR worry.
3. How would your life look different this week if you could see worry more like Jesus taught us?
TIDE Church is a diverse community of people on a mission to follow the teaching and life of Jesus. We are a Christian church based in Adelaide, Australia who are sharing the good news of Jesus with people everywhere.
