Self-care is extremely important to your mental, emotional and physical health. Often we are so busy helping others and surviving trauma. We forget to tend ourselves by caring for ourselves. Keeping your mind and focus on yourself is not a selfish thing. It is could to rejuvenate yourself with a fresh reviving and renewal.

Always make time to do something for yourself. You are worth it and if you do not do it who will?

I will be discussing Domestic Violence. Sharing some of my story and stories of those that share. This information is important to know. The signs are not always that easy to spot.

DV (Domestic Violence) situations are very far from being simple. They are very volatile it is always best to encourage another person in DV. Reassuring them that when they finally decide to leave you will be there. If you want to share a little about your story I welcome it.

God is amazing and it is always better to praise him than to complain. On this day we take time out to just give God the praise. May the songs you hear lift your spirit. As always God deserves all the glory and honor and praise!

God will always be in control of our lives. As much as we want to think we are just doing our own thing. God has a plan for each of us. When we make decisions that are not good, God knows how to fix it. Releasing the power of thinking we control our lives can be a challenge. Let God have his way in your life. Accept Jesus into your life and let the Holy Spirit guide you.
