In Chapter 21 Sara conceives the son that God said she would. She goes to Abraham to have him remove Hagar and her son from the tribe.
Challenge of the Day: Find one thing you are grateful for today.
God’s Promise of the Day: Psalm 55:22 “Cast out they burden upon the Lord and He shall sustain thee: He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.”

Happy Tuesday everyone, I hope you find something to be grateful for today.
In Chapter 20 Abraham again calls his wife Sara his sister and God goes to the King in a dream to protect Sara.
In our lives we should be spending 80% of our time serving our purpose and the other 20% investing in our growth. Our purpose is our passion and we should look forward to doing it, if you dread what you do every day…you are not doing what your created to do.
Challenge of the Day: When have you been like Abraham and made the same mistake twice, as he had calling Sara his sister instead of trusting in God and speaking the truth?
God’s Promise of the Day: Psalm 50:15 “And call upon Me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify Me.”

Challenge of the Day: How do you see yourself in this story?
Verse of the Day: Psalm 37:28 “For the Lord loves justice, and does not forsake His saints; They are preserved forever, but the descendants of the wicked shall be cut off.”

Happy Saturday! I am sharing with you my bathroom products that have minimal waste and are all natural for me from the earth. I am also talking about the results from letting go of conditioner and using only my shampoo bar and Aloe Vera that I blend at home for condition.
In Genesis chapter 18 God shows us how He allows Abraham to barter with Him over the destruction of Sodom to save the lives of the righteous who live there. This is such a beautiful story that shows us how loving our God truly is.
Challenge of the Day: How many products do you use for your bathroom routine and how many plastic bottles do you throw away every month from those products?
Verse of the Day: Psalm 136:1 “O give thank unto the Lord; for He is good: for His mercy endureth forever.”

Happy Friday everyone! Yesterday I learned that the mesh tea bags in our package tea is sprayed with pesticides and other chemicals. I am doing a review of a turmeric and ginger root tea…here is the YouTube video link to make it yourself!

We are also talking about Genesis Chapter 17 when God made a covenant with Abram about conceiving a son through Sara. God also commands Abram to be circumcised as well as everyone in his tribe.
Challenge of the day: Have you set and achieve a commitment in your life that your still committed to today, such as a lifestyle change? If you have, how have you grown from were you started? If you haven’t, why not challenge yourself today!
Verse of the Day: Romans 15:13 “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.”

I am sharing with you how it looks on a diagram when we resist what God is calling us to do. This is what causes our souls and flesh to grind.
Artificial lighting, such as lightbulbs, dries us the moisture in the air which will dry out your skin. Essentially lightbulbs will cause the human skin to age faster by drying up the moisture in your home.
In Chapter 16 Sara does not trust in the Lord’s promises and ask her husband to conceive a child with her maidservant. When the maidservant, Hagar, conceives Sara gets upset and tells her to leave the group.
Challenge of the Day: How do you see yourself in this story?
Verse of the Day: Psalm 91:2 “I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in Him will I trust.”

This has been a great year for American's to exercise their right, especially their right to vote. Jesus wasn't interested in politics of society; He was interested in teaching people the word of God.
Here is the story of how Jesus responded to taxes
Matthew 22:15-25 "15 Then the Pharisees went out and laid plans to trap him in his words. 16 They sent their disciples to him along with the Herodians. “Teacher,” they said, “we know that you are a man of integrity and that you teach the way of God in accordance with the truth. You aren’t swayed by others, because you pay no attention to who they are. 17 Tell us then, what is your opinion? Is it right to pay the imperial tax[a] to Caesar or not?” 18 But Jesus, knowing their evil intent, said, “You hypocrites, why are you trying to trap me? 19 Show me the coin used for paying the tax.” They brought him a denarius, 20 and he asked them, “Whose image is this? And whose inscription?” 21 “Caesar’s,” they replied. Then he said to them, “So give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.”
22When they heard this; they were amazed. So they left him and went away."
Challenge of the Day: Will you support America regardless of who wins the Presidential race?
Verse of the Day: Ephesians 6:11 "Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of evil."

It is time to set a new goal for this month!
We are talking about how to set goals and doing healthy activities that triggers the reward system in the Limbic System in the brain. When you do things that trigger the "happy" feeling, that is triggering the reward system to release Dopamine and Serotonin into the body. This creates a natural high within the body.
In Genesis Chapter 15, God prophesizes through Abram how future generations will come back to the very land Abram was residing in.
God will prophesize the big picture and we do not need to know all the details to trust He will carry us through the process.
Challenge of the Day: What gets you "excited" or "high" naturally? Do these things daily to help your body naturally release the Dopamine and Serotonin that many chases with toxic drug.
Verse of the Day: Proverbs 3:5 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding."

In Chapter 14 we are learning about how Abram had to rise with 318 servants to go fight to get back Lot and his people.

Verse of the Day: Psalm 46:1 "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
Happy Monday everyone and God Bless.

God is showing me there are two sides to every story. In Genesis Chapter 12 we are going to discuss the other side of the chapter.
I am also taking my personal life and showing you how triggers from the past can distract you from your purpose with God. This is how anxiety and depression happen.
Challenge of the Day: Draw out in a picture how you go through emotions that cause anxiety in your life. When you are able to see visually how you respond to triggers, it allows you to not only understand yourself better but also to help you in the future handle triggers so that they do not negatively impact your life or the life of others.
You as an audience are watching how God is teaching me to trust those, He has placed in my life to lead me. In trusting those that are ordained by God to be in my life, I am trusting God will forever protect me through any struggle.
Verse of the Day: Psalm 27:11 "Teach me Thy way, O Lord, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies."
