Jesus is the source of our strength, peace and purpose.

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give it to you.”

What kind of peace is that? It’s not the peace of a calm day, or a break in your schedule. It’s not the peace that depends on everything going well. It’s deeper than that.

Holy Spirit, where are you leading me?
You might not get the answer immediately, but stay open. He is always teaching. Always reminding. Always loving.

Lord, help me love as You love.
Not when it’s easy, but especially when it’s not.
Give me the courage to show up with kindness, with humility, with grace—just as You do for me every day.

If you’ve ever felt pushed away or dismissed… this is your reminder:
God’s plan doesn’t end with a closed door.

Paul and Barnabas faced opposition, but instead of giving up, they went where God was calling them next.

Today’s Gospel, from John 15:9–17, is one of those rare passages that reads like a personal love letter from Jesus.

Encouragement—something so simple, yet so powerful. In fact, it’s encouragement that sets the stage for Saul, later Paul, to begin ministering in Antioch. Barnabas went and found him, brought him into the fold, and together they taught for a whole year.
