God’s Word And Daily Prayer For Today

This is a story of love and trust, and more importantly, forgiveness. When one has been forgiven they should be restored because of the love God to the person violated, as if it never happened. God be with us all.

Here we are admonished to give heed to sound doctrine that guarantees salvation; if we follow circumspectly. God has provided the means for us to be saved. All we have to do is follow the plan with our whole hearts.

Sometimes people will fail you and give up when the going gets tough, but you can always depend on God. He promised never to leave nor forsake us.

We learn here that we should seek to be very studious and prudent when it comes to obeying scripture. For in doing so we preserve the opportunity and privilege to be called out to meet the Lord in the air when he comes to get the righteous.

We can learn from these verses to be careful about who we allow into our lives as believers. Satan will use people to disrupt your life if he can.

We are required by God to be demonstrators of His Word - the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and walk not as those that don’t embrace the plan of God that He has provided for our salvation.

Here we find information and admonition as to why we should understand and accept the knowledge and the intended purpose of the gospel of Jesus Christ. The enemy is on the prowl with new philosophies and doctrines seeking to deceive the believer that he might not trust the gospel.

Apostle Paul here is thanking the Saints for their hospitality and care for him, particularly while he was in need. Our hospitality towards each other will cause God to provide us with what we need in our time of need.

God is not a respect or of persons so whosoever will turn to God with their whole heart and embrace the gospel of Jesus Christ God will fill them with His spirit; saving them from this untoward generation that rejects the gospel.

The apostle in the scripture is appealing to the people to hold fast to the gospel of Jesus Christ inspired by God recorded by holy man for the empowerment of all the believers to make themselves ready for the day that the Lord shall come to get the righteous.
