A conversation about Shame

Jesus silenced the storm , he told it to be still (Mark 4:39)

God's word tells us to give thanks , to not worry but pray about everything, that he provides a peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7)

This peace is not that of what is shown to you in the world, it is a peace that can only be brought upon by the almighty God. One that helps you navigate through the storm of life and within all the noise that you are hearing, a peace that helps your mind focus on not the problem, noise, mess, or fault but the the one that knows all , solves all , restores all.
