I recently reconnected with a man I met a few years ago. I reached out to him after watching a video he shared to his clients. A video that captured his rawness & vulnerability, a man who broke down in tears & allowed himself to be seen in this light. It brought up a lot for me emotionally so I contacted Godwin, wanting to hear his story.

Godwin’s business, Godwin Charli closed the doors to his successful business in September 2017. He recently has made a come back by reinventing himself. 

This is a story of a courageous man who rebuilt his brand & life after suffering a break down. He lost everything - his business, broke up with his fiancé & questioned his identity. He was forced to stop, reflect & confront his fears. This meant connecting to his anxiety & depression with a lot of compassion. He shares of the challenges he faced in his personal & business life. This struggle was the gift he needed to face one of his biggest obstacles in his life, to create space & opening to becoming the human he is today.

He talks about the resources & his self love rituals which help him reconnect to himself & life, bringing him happiness & joy. Whether it’s with the guidance of his coach, regularly meditation practice or the men’s group he attends every week = non negotiable!
