Conflict coaching is defined as a set of skills and strategies used to support peoples’ ability to engage in, manage, or productively resolve conflict. In this process, the conflict coach works one-on-one with a coachee experiencing conflict with another person. In this breakout session we will discuss the skills needed to be a successful conflict coach.

This should signal to the church that we need to talk about how to teach students to cope with anxiety. We will discuss the current trends of how society says to cope and what the church should be doing. We must help students understand the difference between healthy anxiety vs. unhealthy anxiety.
