This week we chatted up Dave from Joyride Brewing Company. We arbitrarily came up with a term for their style of wet hopping beers, bear paws, drunk bears and learned a bit about hops. Honestly we’re still pretty hung over and can’t remember. All we know for certain as we had a ton of fun and learned, like, one or two things. Good shit, do it up.
