Hello everyone,

This is Courage, also known as Cino, a musician, creative personnel, designer, videographer, and more. Reflecting on 2023, it was a wonderful year filled with diverse experiences—both beautiful and challenging.

One memorable experience stands out, where I invested significant time and effort into someone else's project, neglecting my own business. Unfortunately, the person didn't appreciate the sacrifice, leading to cancellations and a feeling of being undervalued. The lesson learned was the importance of evaluating the benefits and drawbacks before emotionally committing to endeavors.

Looking ahead, I advise approaching goals in 2024 with careful consideration, avoiding emotional decisions. Deliberate planning, staying focused, and investing time in personal growth are crucial. Remember to prioritize rest, as a tired mind limits creative thinking.

To fellow young individuals, learn valuable skills that align with emerging industries. Network with those above you, read books, and seek mentorship. Connect with people you admire, even if not in person.

In 2024, speak your goals into existence, plan daily, and trust in God. Balancing professional pursuits with spiritual growth is key.
