"He has a lot of different things going on." - Scott Macleod, on Matt's golf swing

Matt and Troy are taking a break this week as they venture into a darkness retreat in the New Mexico desert. So, Stefan invites former TeeTalk podcast co-host Scott Macleod from Flagstick.com to join him in this episode. Together, they chat about the last WGC event, debate whether the PGA Championship should go back to match play, discuss coaching golf in the social media age, and reveal their early top picks for The Masters. Lastly, Scott offers an in-depth analysis of Matt's golf swing, which will surely leave him self-conscious heading into the season.

"I had a lot of nights with my dog where I would walk through the lonely streets of Essex, Ontario" - David Byrne

Episode 10 is here and it's a long one! The boys start the show by breaking down the week that was in golf - Valspar Championship, Masters champion meals, bifurcation, and does Golf Friends HR approve of tickling. After we get through that sideshow, professional golfer and Big Break Champion David Byrne joins the pod (46:00) to talk about his career in golf, winning the Big Break, driving across the country on the PGA Tour Canada, burying cash in California, and never giving up on the dream.

"I believe Tom Hoge won the US Open last year or the year before." - Matt Costanzo

No interview this week, as there was simply too much to talk about from the Players. Matt, Troy, and Stefan get together to break down the tournament, judge who dresses the worst on the PGA Tour, did Tom Hoge win a major, how much they'd pay to play Sawgrass, and debate if Matt is a cancer in the Golf Friends locker room. Thank you for being a friend.

"I do hate Kurt, he is added to my irrational hate list - Kurt and Akshay Bhatia." - Matt Costanzo

Stefan, Matt, and Troy break down the ending of the Arnold Palmer Invitational, talk about the start of the LPGA season, and look ahead to the Players this week placing some bets and writing some scripts for the PGA Tour.
