This week, we are joined by Bert Lamar.  If his name sounds familiar, it may be because he competed against Tony Hawk, was a world snowboarding champion, and ran a snowboard company that became the standard used in the sport.  Bert has been making the transition to golf and now also competes in Ironman competitions because the guy doesn't know how to dabble in anything, he dives in full bore.  This week we discuss Bert's transition between sports, his golf clothing line, Iliac, and his passion for the 80/20 fitness rule that he feels can transform the game of golf.

This week I’m joined by Damian Lopez. Damian has been on the tour for almost 20 seasons and currently is on the bag for Michael Thompson. As a professional caddie, he’s been on the bag for Chez Reavie, Notah Begay III, and Rich’s childhood favorite, Stuart Appleby.
