人类的每个组成器官都复杂而精密，它们工作得十分协调、和谐、有条不紊，这是因为它们都受着神经系统“司令部”——“脑”的统一指挥。大脑位于脑的最上端，形状有点像核桃仁，体积很大，占据了脑的大部分，通常分为左右两部分，每一部分都称为大脑半球。 每一大脑半球表面 （大脑皮质） 又分额叶、顶叶、枕叶和颞叶。如：额叶后部为运动区，顶叶前部为躯体感觉区（分触、压、冷、热等感觉） ，颞叶上部为听觉区。 每一大脑半球管理身体的对侧部分， 即左侧大脑半球管理身体的右侧部分，右侧大脑半球管理左侧身体的运动和感觉。有人得了“半身不遂” 病， 若右侧身体瘫痪则是左侧大脑半球神经通道受到损伤， 若左侧身体瘫痪， 则是右侧大脑半球通道发生了障碍。

正常的脑重应该是多少？

一个健康的成年人，男的脑重不低于1000克， 女的不低于900克，就不会影响智力的发展。

But it is cold and empty.Flora puts pictures on the blank walls.She hangs paper clouds from the ceiling.She puts flower pots on the floor.But Flora is still sad.(Mum)“Do you want to go back home?”(Flora)“No, thanks.”Flora looks at the flat.She doesn’t want to leave Mum.“What do you miss most about the country?” asks Mum.Flora doesn’t know. But Mum does.The doorbell rings ...(Flora) “GRANDMA!”

在2500多年前的春秋时代，我国出现了一位被称为“圣人”的大思想家和大教育家，他就是孔子。孔子的本名叫孔丘，别名叫仲尼，“子”是当时人们对于有学识、有名望的人的尊称。孔子从小就勤奋好学，立志要做一个博学多识的人。到了30岁左右，孔子成了鲁国最有学问的人，名气也越来越大，许多人都愿意把孩子送到他那里去读书。孔子一生中收了3000多弟子，出名的有72人。孔子对弟子要求既严格，又宽厚，对弟子的行走、坐立、礼貌等等生活习惯都有严格的规定，但平时他和弟子一起生活，一起学习，一起讨论问题，师生之间很友好，是名符其实的教育家。孔子作为中国文化的象征，称之为“圣人”是大家所能接受的，他的思想在现代仍有很深的影响。
