Good and Glory

In this episode, we are going to talk about the 3 different camps of Christian. Two that are damaging and one that is full of true freedom, grace and joy.

How do people who are not Christ followers move to a new community and make friends? It's a question I have always pondered because, as Christ followers, we can find a church we connect with and almost immediately find connection. In this episode, we talk about that connection that only comes from being a follower of Christ.

Welcome back to season 3 of Good and Glory podcast! 

Many times, we try to fully carry the weight of our calling on our shoulders. If we do not see immediate fruit, we stress and we try and work harder or we beat ourselves up. Thankfully, in the book of Mark, Jesus tells us that we can rest. It's his job to be the Master Gardener and our just is to do the exact job we were called to do, and then rest. In this episode, let's take a closer look at this concept of rest.

In Matthew, Jesus talks about good fruit and bad fruit. When you take a close look at your life, what type of fruit are you producing? In this episode, we take a look at the different fruits and the consequences of producing good and bad fruit.

There are many things that just don't matter on this earth. But there is one thing that matters more than anything else. It's the thing that we were put on this earth today. In this episode, we talk about sharing our faith with those that may not know him.

It's easy for us to find our people - the ones we have stuff in common with and feel comfortable around - and close off to everyone else. But, if we do this, how will we be able to share the gospel? We are called to show hospitality and in this episode, we are going to talk about what it means to be biblically hospitable.

After reading Matthew 6:16 4 times over the last few months, the 5th time made it jump out at me. In this episode, we are going to talk about what it looks like when we try to do everything for our glory and how we really need to do everything for the Glory of Christ.
