Camille LeDuc, a sophomore at Las Positas College in Livermore, Calif., takes a journey into her life and her mind to get some answers about matters she's been wrestling with for years. Good Camille Hunting is the result of her no longer wanting to give in to self-esteem issues, so she set out to find the best parts of herself by tearing down walls that fear and disbelief have erected.
In the second of four episodes, Camille, 20, seeks to better understand talent — and whether she actually has any. What is talent? What qualifies to be labeled as such? Are they inherent or can they be acquired? What does it mean to be talented? What do you do if you haven't yet identified yours? In addition to her transparent self-reflection about her own views, and some research about the subject, Camille scored an interview with Darren Albert, a high-ranking executive for LinkedIn, who has some incredibly thoughtful ideas about talent and how college students should view themselves heading into the workforce.
A publication of The Express, the award-winning newspaper from the Journalism and Media Studies Department at Las Positas College.
