In the fourth and final episode, Camille, 20, tackles one of the most daunting subjects: trauma. She doesn't like to give life to that concept. So he calls it the t-word. It's been a dark cloud over her psyche. It's been the room she needs to visit but won't. Can't. But if she's going to find the good in her, she has to open the door. Before she does, she talks to a licensed therapist, Dr. Sheena Turner-August, who is also a professor at Las Positas, about what trauma does to development, to self-esteem, and even to potential. She learns the value of therapy and how to begin unpacking the ideologies holding her back, and how she got them in the first place. In the third of four episodes, Camille, 20, goes hunting for answers about the quandary many college students face. How do you know what career path to take if you don't know who you are? Is the search for herself, for the person beyond the limitations she's accepted, a prerequisite to career success? Is discovering her person and purpose a priority over choosing an industry? For answers, she turned to Dr. Kyle Elliott, a tech career coach, executive coach, and confidant to some of Silicon Valley's top talents. Dr. Kyle (caffeinatedkyle.com) has helped some of the best and brightest in the super-competitive tech industry answer some of those questions for themselves. As a trauma-informed coach and mental health advocate, he proved informative and encouraging in an important discussion about self-discovery. In the second of four episodes, Camille, 20, seeks to better understand talent — and whether she actually has any. What is talent? What qualifies to be labeled as such? Are they inherent or can they be acquired? What does it mean to be talented? What do you do if you haven't yet identified yours? In addition to her transparent self-reflection about her own views, and some research about the subject, Camille scored an interview with Darren Albert, a high-ranking executive for LinkedIn, who has some incredibly thoughtful ideas about talent and how college students should view themselves heading into the workforce.

Why does it seem other people have it together, and she's so far behind? The deep dive leads to a search for answers — for her and others like her. She interviews Dr. Bini Sebastian, a senior staff psychologist at UC Berkeley in student mental health. They discuss the realities of imposter syndrome, some causes and solutions, giving Camille the understanding she needs to deal with her lingering doubt.
