Good Coach Bad Coach

Good Coach Bad Coach – How to influence the heart before you influence the mind

The job of a great coach is to BUILD, MAINTAIN, and PROTECT the confidence of their troops. Unfortunately most coaches do the exact opposite. They spend all of their time and energy destroying confidence. In this show Coach Burt shows you how to protect this asset.

Most coaches speak ONE LANGUAGE whether it connects or not to their players. In this episode Coach Micheal Burt makes a coach and leader think about what language they are speaking as it relates to their players and is it time to step back and ask, is there a different language I need to be speaking.

Coach Micheal Burt believes that every championship begins with one belief, one thought, one action, one compliment of a player, and buy in from one person. This episode breaks down the POWER OF ONE in great detail and offers coaches a focus to get started.
