The words that left my mouth as I arrived at my training session

 

"I want today to really hurt"

That was my instruction to my coach

 

I never said another word to him for the next 58 mins

 

I needed to be put into the hurt locker

 

In order to talk authentically about how hard I work, how hard I expect my clients to work

 

I need to be putting in the work

Yesterday I put in the work

 

New boundaries found and past, limits reached and past

 

I am better as a result of yesterday
