Original Air Date: Dec 7, 2020*. Today's podcast is an update/reflection on how my goal of planning my days the night before turned out. I let you guys know where I succeeded, where I failed, how I modified and whether or not I will continue with the practice.
I also touch on the principle of aiming for 10% better on goals you set the week before or the month before. The concept is to look at your progress and only aim to do ten percent better each week or month and eventually you can create a sustainable habit or practice.
Also, Starbucks released a Peppermint Mocha Coffee grounds. I happily enjoyed that this morning and will be probably drinking it the whole month of December.
