Let’s advocate for a "good enough" approach to goal setting and self-care, especially for those of us recovering from burnout. In this episode, a personal experience of overcoming exhaustion and self-sabotage is shared, by focusing on achievable, small steps rather than striving for perfection. I emphasise self-compassion and realistic expectations, illustrating this with examples of daily routines and exercise.
