Colloquially, religion is often synonymous with morality. When people reference major world religions, regardless of how much they know about the ins and outs of the faith, there is an awareness that each aims for morality in its own way. But the foundation of the Christian faith is one person — Jesus — bearing wrongs he did not commit. It’s God justifying the ungodly. Isn’t that wrong? Isn’t that immoral?
