Soke (Grandmaster) Avinash Subramanyam, who has studied for over five decades under the greatest exponents of Taiji, Dao Yin, Lian Gong, and Qi Gong in China and Japan, is the founder of SEEFAR. His training methods have won acclaim from India's top corporate houses and the top brass of the police and the armed forces. Avinash has been conducting workshops for the armed forces and policemen, equipping them with rare skills of body and mind that prove invaluable in combat situations. Companies that invite him to train their employees in stress management have consistently given him an "exceeded expectations" score.
With over two dozen black belts to his credit, he is India's foremost health, safety, and stress management expert. Awarded the coveted Sokeship and 9th Dan under recommendation of his teacher Soke John Willson, he has the rare privilege of being bestowed the 10th Dan Red Belt. Soke Subramanyam has been awarded 2 Gold medals for broadsword and halberd at the International Taiji Competition held in Chenjiagou, China.
· Avinash is the first Indian to have studied Ninjutsu, the art of invisibility and invincibility, from Canada.
· He is the president of the Indian chapter of the Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa, and is licensed to teach the form at clinics and hospitals to patients recovering from trauma, stress and injury.
· First Indian certified to develop and promote Health Qi Gong (By Dr.Cui) in India in co-operation with The Chinese Health QiGong Association, Beijing.
· He was awarded the high rank of 7th Duan, an honour only a select few have received in the world.
· Dao Yin has 1.5 million practitioners in 30 countries. Only 60 close disciples of the master have so far been decorated with the Rushi Di Zi award, and Avinash is one of them.
· He is the only Indian licensed to set up a Dao Yin academy in India, and he has named it after his mentor and the founder of the art.
· Avinash is the first Indian certified to teach Kubotan.
· Avinash Subramanyam is the first Indian to have studied Hunyuan Taiji at Beijing Center, Beijing and Chang Chun in China and now exclusively represents Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang’s Hunyuan Taiji in India.
