Moses and Jesus shared much in common. Both Moses and Jesus performed miracles. Moses was a shepherd…. Jesus was the Good Shepherd. Like Christ, Moses was a prophet, intercessor, priest and advocate. Moses & Jesus shared much in common, but Christ is superior to Moses.

As we continue our Christmas series, The Long Awaited Messiah, we are looking at passages in the OT that point to Christ. Sunday, we will be looking at Psalm 23 along with John 10:11-16.

At Christmas, the babe in the Manger whose birth we celebrate, came to give us eternal life! He came that we might live in eternity with him, but so much more. As our Good Shepherd, he came to have an intimate relationship with us. In the midst of life filled with uncertainty, stress, pressure, physical pain, & emotional pain, we can trust that he will protect us & provide for us in the midst of uncertainty.
