Working together brings unity.

In our walk with Jesus, sometimes we fight the wrong battles. We talk about our God given destiny. That destiny is derived from our Christian walk. Our walk is derived from our character. Our character is derived from our habits. Our habits are derived from our actions. Our actions are derived from our thoughts, and our thoughts are at the core of who we are. When we don’t change what’s at the core of who we are, we are destined to repeat our actions. We have to get off the throne of our lives and put Jesus there. When Jesus is at the core of self, a powerful thing happens.

There is a tension between the ideal of unity and the reality of unity. As Christians, we have the opportunity to work out unity in a way that honors God and displays the beauty of the Gospel to the world.
