We're looking at a less commonly known parable - The Parable of The Hidden treasure and The Pearl. From Matthew 13:44-46, we hear this parable where we dive deeper into what that treasure and pearl represents in our lives.

In this lesson from Jesus, we are presented with the importance of prayer. But what about when we feel like we're not seeing the immediate results from our prayer? Faithful, never-ceasing, persistent prayer is a calling of Christ. Today's episode helps to show us the ways in which our persistence can shine through in our prayer.

We're diving into another parable. We're looking at The Parable of The Sower (or Farmer) and The Seed. You'll find this parable in Matthew 4:3-8. We're going to be assessing the different "soils" we see represented in this story. And what we've going from the parable is that the soil is representative of our hearts and the seed is the Word of God. We have these different scenarios in the parable where we see that the condition of our hearts at any given time can really determine the reception of God's Word.
