Jass Nicole also know as Jasmine Scruggs is a salon owner, entrepreneur, professional makeup artist, and creative director. Born and raised in Virginia, Jasmine has always been a creator every since she was a child. She loved the thought of becoming a new you by using makeup to enhance your natural features. With over seven years of experience in the beauty industry, Jasmine has worked in many different fields of beauty such as: editorial glam, TV & film, magazine issues, beauty blogs, beauty campaigns the list goes on.
