My dad was my hero. Maybe that's why I never got to know him better. I wish I had known him just as a guy.

It takes guts to play the Peek-a-boo-Game. It can tear you open. But maybe it's worth it to find out what you're supposed to be if/when you grow up.

A bug sitting on the wall, or on the floor is ok with Lady Wonder Wench. But when one lands on her needlepoint, it's time for me to put on my Indiana Jones hat...tilted 45 degrees to the left.

When you say 2010, it even has a happier sound than "twenty oh nine." It's like the difference in how you look when somebody is taking your picture and you say "Cheese"... instead of being a wise guy and saying "Limburger."

When my Lady and I took off for our traditional Christmas flight, most people thought we were looking for Santa. We weren't. And I'm glad to tell you that we did find what we were looking for...one more time.

Dave is my favorite Christmas musician. He keeps a tradition alive that goes back a long time. I have two other favorite musicians. But Dave is the go to guy at Christmas.

The only reason anybody pays attention to the Herald Angels, it that they're always saying, "Hark." You want' attention...do what the Herald Angels do.
