“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6

Day 23- MARCH 20th:

Ask the Lord to help you to acknowledge Him, or “come back to Him,” all throughout your day today. Ask Him to make a new normal in your thought life, where your first response is to go to Him. And then thank Him, for His promise, that He will make your paths straight in doing so.

Lent 2023 Day 22- March 15, 2023 Guided Prayer- Proverbs 3:5-6

Day 22- MARCH 18th:

Take a moment to ask the Lord for forgiveness, for any way you have recently leaned on your own understanding- to make a decision or form an opinion, make a judgment call or belief. And ask Him, to give to you His heavenly perfect understanding, especially in a certain situation if one is coming to mind.

Lent 2023 Day 21- March 15, 2023 Guided Prayer- Proverbs 3:5-6

Day 21- MARCH 17th:

Ask the Lord, to teach you how to fully trust in Him with all your heart. Take a moment to ask Him if there is any place or area of your heart, where you haven’t trusted Him. If you have a fear there instead of trust, or an anger or feeling of disappointment, take a moment to tell Him your thoughts and feelings. And then ask Him to help you to trust Him with all your heart.

Lent 2023 Day 20- March 15, 2023 Guided Prayer- 2 Corinthians 5:17

“Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.” 2 Corinthians 5:17

Day 20- MARCH 16th: Ask the Lord to bring new things this season to our church. Ask Him to move in our midst in a new way, that would draw non-believers in our community to Himself and to our front doors. Thank Him for all you are seeing Him do through NorthStar, and then ask Him for more.

Lent 2023 Day 19- March 15, 2023 Guided Prayer- 2 Corinthians 5:17

“Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.” 2 Corinthians 5:17

Day 19- MARCH 15th: Thank Jesus, that because He came, the old things have passed away and beautiful new things have come. Thank Him, that old sin patterns and negative mindsets in your life, came be overcome because of His resurrection. Take a moment, and ask Him to show you if there is still any lingering old thing in your life, that He wants to redeem and make completely new and then ask Him to do it.

Lent 2023 Day 18- March 14, 2023 Guided Prayer- 2 Corinthians 5:17

“Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.” 2 Corinthians 5:17

Day 18- MARCH 14th: Ask the Lord, to give you an organization, school, neighborhood, business or group of friends or family, to begin praying over this Lent season. Where is there a group of people, that needs Jesus?- For the first time, or need more of Him tangibly in their lives. Begin to pray for that team, school, or co-workers. Ask God to come close to each of them right now and bring them to a place of complete faith in Him this Easter. Ask Jesus to encounter them powerfully.

Day 17- MARCH 13th: Thank God, that He has made you a new creature, that when you believed in Him, and turned from sin, He made you new. Thank Him for the gift of salvation. Ask Him to put someone on your heart this season, that you can pray for, to be made new like this. Who in your life, needs to truly find Jesus this Easter? Begin praying for that person. Lift their name before His throne.

Lent 2023 Day 16- March 11, 2023 Guided Prayer- John 10:10

“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” John 10:10

Day 16- MARCH 11th: Thank Jesus, for the teaching and the promise of this scripture and for making it clear for us, that there is a thief in this world, a dark enemy, that wants to steal, kill and destroy. Ask Him, to give you a spiritual gift of discernment, to be aware of the places in life, where the enemy may be working. But ask God to give you a powerful faith and a persistent prayer life, that pushes back the influence of the thief in your life and your family’s life.

Lent 2023 Day 15- March 9, 2023 Guided Prayer- John 10:10

“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” John 10:10

Day 15- MARCH 10th: Thank the Lord, that He wants to give you an abundant life. Ask Him, what He is wanting to do in your life right now, and where He is wanting to bring abundance. If there is a place of lack in your life, pray in the abundance of God. Ask Him to make the opposite of this lack, abundant with good things from Him.

Day 14- MARCH 9th: Thank Jesus, that He came. Thank Him for coming for us, and to us, to save us. Thank Him, that He didn’t leave us in darkness, but came to rescue us, the Light of World. Ask Him, to make this personal for you today. Ask Him to encounter you in the secret place, as you think on this scripture. What does it mean for you, on March 9th, 2023, that Jesus came into this world, 2,000 years ago, to rescue YOU.
