In this message, Bishop Mills reminded us that being a “good person” is not the same as being connected to God. Goodness alone doesn’t qualify us for God’s favor — it’s our relationship with Him, our faith, and our willingness to serve that unlocks what He has for us.
We learned that without God, even our best efforts fall short. But when we sincerely serve Him, God makes provision look like a light thing. His favor meets our faith, even when we feel exhausted, stretched, or unworthy.
Because good still needs God — and God is ready to bless those who trust and serve Him.
Main Scripture: 2 Kings 3:1–3, 14–18
