We welcome Nate Wolff, owner of Humble Burger in Moscow, Idaho.  Humble Burger started as a food stand at the Moscow Farmer's Market in 2014. They struck burger gold, and people went bananas for their food. The volume offered an opportunity to open a physical location in September of 2015.

Their goal is to balance a few key principles that are important to them. They believe that everyone should have access to good quality food that's local. Laura graduated from Arizona State University with a BA in psychology. She then was the first blind student to receive her Masters of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary. Another first, her guide dog Jira received the only Masters of Dogmatics Degree from Princeton. It was delivered to Jira from Iain R. Torrance, President Emeritus, Princeton Theological Seminary; Pro-Chancellor, University of Aberdeen, Scotland; Dean of the Chapel Royal in Scotland, Dean of the Order of the Thistle.  This is what President Torrance has to say about Laura, "Laura Bratton has written a remarkable book that shows how she is so well qualified to help others overcome trauma and loss.  Though the book is a story of loss, it is even more a story of courage and of how to accept the love of others, how to be sufficient and not dependent, and how not to complain.  Laura did her graduate studies at Princeton Theological Seminary during my tenure there.  She and her wonderful guide dog, Jira, enriched our lives in ways we will never forget, and she taught us far more than we ever gave her.  Please read her story and give thanks to God."

Why Thoughts Matter.
Our thoughts shape the way we feel, act, and relate to others. When stress or strong emotion runs high, our minds often take shortcuts by jumping to conclusions (mat) or assuming the worst. When our mind does this, it’s called a “thinking trap.” A thinking trap (also called a cognitive distortion) happens when our brain tells a story that isn’t completely true. These thoughts often show up automatically, especially when we’re stressed, anxious, or upset. Thinking traps narrow our perspective and make it harder to see the full picture. The good news is ... everyone experiences thinking traps,
